On a two-year, non-renewable Extended Term Consultant (ETC) contract with benefits, the World Bank program offers the chance to obtain entry-level professional experience in a top development institution. Working with more senior colleagues and project teams in their work in both operations and corporate functions, you’ll put your strong analytical skills—both quantitative and qualitative—as well as your technological knowledge and research abilities to use in your JPA assignment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the 2024 World Bank Junior Professional Associates Program must fulfill the following requirements:
- Be 28 years of age or younger on your first day of service.
- Must have obtained the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Be fluent in English.
- Being able to effectively utilize one or more of the Bank’s working languages is a plus: Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish.
